FIRST CITIZENS BANK

The UNC-DUKE rivalry is considered one of the most intense rivalries in all of the sports. This year, you get to participate in this rivalry to show your school spirit for Team Duke or Team UNC.

Your fundraising and donations will help your favorite North Carolina school win this rivalry - with the big winner being Teen Cancer America and teens all across the US!

Register to shoot hoops at Cameron Indoor Stadium OR Dean E. Smith Center Practice Facility with NCAA Basketball legends, Nolan Smith of Duke or Brice Johnson of UNC, as they battle to see who can raise the most money for Teen Cancer America.

HIGHLIGHTS FROM THE 2018 HOOP-A-THON

The 2018 Hoop-a-Thon was hosted in by former Duke Basketball player and Director of Basketball Operations, Nolan Smith. The event featured nearly 200 attendees including Duke Men & Women's Basketball players, community volunteers, local cancer patients and a special guest appearance from friend and former UNC Basketball star, Brice Johnson.

Throughout the event, participants competed to see who could shoot (and make) the most baskets in a two-minute time slot. Over $20,000 was raised from this event, supporting North Carolina teen and adolescent cancer research and treatment efforts.
